1. Who we are

This website and the online shop Ivy London (ivylondon.uk) is run by Artur Paredes, sole trader, Rua Jardim de São Bernardo 3, 3º Esq., 2910-544 Setúbal, Portugal (VAT number PT252086902), and can be contacted at info@ivylondon.uk. When you buy from us, your contract is with Ivy London.

On this website, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ivy London. By visiting the website or placing an order, you accept these terms and the policies they refer to. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Using the website

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use the website or our products for any unlawful purpose or transmit viruses or harmful code. If you break these terms, we may end your access to our services.

3. How a contract is formed

The products shown in our shop are not a binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking "Complete order", you make a binding offer to buy. The automatic order confirmation email is not yet an acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods or expressly confirm acceptance. We may decline orders or limit quantities.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Any delivery costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments use an SSL-encrypted connection. Prices may change; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

5. Products

We do our best to show the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen shows every colour exactly. Our products are shipped from our partners' warehouses outside the United Kingdom. You will find the details in our Shipping policy.

6. Delivery

Processing times, delivery times and delivery area are set out in our Shipping policy.

7. Returns and cancellation

You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. The conditions are set out in our Refund policy. Your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.

8. Accuracy of information

The website may contain errors in descriptions, prices or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel affected orders. In that case, we refund any amount already paid in full.

9. Your details

You agree to give complete and correct details when you order and to update them if they change. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy policy.

10. Third-party links and tools

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Those providers alone are responsible for their content.

11. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or errors.

12. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts stay in force.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
